RAYA JEWELLEY RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 

You did not like the Products you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy fashion productsbut change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A Store Credit Coupon Code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your Raya Jewellery Products.

INFORM:

You need to share the name (SKU) and image of the product via email at hello@rayaluxe.in  within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

 

RETURN:

Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging (including free gifts if any). The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the Store Credit Coupon Code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products are shipped.

 

REFUND:

The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt via email. Upon thorough quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

 

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER:

Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customer’s choice of receiving a Store Credit Coupon Code or refund in your original payment mode.If incase, customers want to cancel their order before shipment, they can do so by emailing us to: hello@rayaluxe.in. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of confirmation.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund:

·       We have a NO CASH REFUND POLICY. A refund will be issued as a Credit in the form of Store Credit Coupon Code only. The Store Credit Coupon Code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. To use the Store Credit Coupon Code, your cart value must be of equal amount or more than the Store Credit Coupon Code value.Store Credit Coupon Code has 6 months validity from the date of issue and can be used any time within the 6 months of period for your next purchase. 

 

Applicable Deductions:

·       Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a Store Credit Coupon Code via email. No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned. 

·       Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted at your end, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.

·       For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.

·       For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes. 

·       A customer, who has used a Store Credit Coupon Code to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 1 refund code tracing back to the original order. 

·       Free shipping offer applied to orders placed with Store Credit Coupon Code codes will be deducted (charges worth ₹125) in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a Store Credit Coupon Code.

TOKEN AMOUNT REFUND –

·       Token amount cannot be refunded in case the Cash on delivery order is not accepted or is cancelled by the customer / returns back to our warehouse due to any reason. (₹250 as per standard deduction for the 'to & fro' journey of the package).

·       In case the token amount paid for the COD order is of more than ₹250, the excessive amount will be refunded in the form of a refund coupon code as per the policy and will be emailed to the customer. 

 

Eligibility:

·       All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a Store Credit Coupon Code. 

·       Damaged / Used Products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost. Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days are not eligible for returns. 

·       All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 

 

Refund Time

·       Store Credit Coupon Code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. 

·       The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order. 

·       A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.

·       For products received damaged, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product. 

 

Damaged Product Received: 

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, before accepting the delivery, inspect the package carefully for visible damage, missing POD sleeve, or tampering. Refuse the delivery if issues are found at the time of receiving the package itself. Please note that refusing delivery restricts cash on delivery (COD) for all future purchases.

In case your order is defective or damaged, below is what you need to do:

1) Inform within 48 Hours: We provide the option of replacing your product for the same (as per availability) or any other item from our store. We offer returns for Store Credit Coupon Code or exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, by reporting issue to us via emailing us to: hello@rayaluxe.in, including a proper unboxing video of the package received. Upon verification, we provide a replacement or Store Credit Coupon Code (including shipping costs) to you. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

2) Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 

3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund Store Credit Coupon Code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 6 months from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a Store Credit Refund Coupon Code.

 

1 YEAR COLOUR WARRANTY ON RAYA PRODUCTS:

We provide 1 year Colour Warranty on our all products. Please go through our Jewellery Care Guide below and follow the instructions carefully to take care of your jewellery for long lasting experience.

In the unlikely event of product colour turning black within a year, please write to us on hello@rayaluxe.in with all your order ID details and proper visible pictures.

Once our internal team reviews your case, you might be eligible for a Store Credit Coupon Code of amount up to the value paid by you.
